Abstract

To face the Covid-19 epidemic, Morocco has decreed "a state of health emergency" aimed at restricting the movement of the population as much as possible and to stop its spread.

In order to continue the activity of public administrations, while ensuring the safety and health of public officials, employees and visitorsagainst the spread of the pandemic, the Moroccan government has encouraged the reorganization of work in public administrations by using teleworking tools.

We have carried out a qualitative study on the Moroccan officials’s acceptance of this new work arrangement based on the use of information & communication technologies and we have found that the age criterion is considered to be an important factor of resistance which appears clearly in the old generation, used to work with the manual than in the new generation called digital.
